WL-T3

Extracts implied skills from messy inputs and maps them to standard taxonomies.

WL-T3

This agent pulls out skills from informal inputs — like job ads, CVs, or homegrown role docs. I use it when the skills aren’t explicitly written out, but clearly embedded in the tasks and expectations.

WL-T3 maps these extracted skills to O*NET, SFIA, or other taxonomies, helping me bring structure to content that would otherwise stay anecdotal or qualitative. It’s great for discovery work or when retrofitting existing data into a new framework.
